Why PicSpot for large gatherings?

A large crowd should not mean individual file deliveries.

01

Too many people to send photos individually

Share a selfie-search destination so attendees can discover their own moments.

02

Guests unsure where the photos will appear

Place the event’s QR in your venue materials and choose its destination.

03

Photo sets spread across locations

Organise the collection by stage, activity or area inside one event.

Before your next event

A few questions.
Clear next steps.

Visit the help centre
Can we put the gallery QR around the venue?

Yes. Download the event QR and place it on your own signage or screens. Test the chosen destination and its access requirements before the event. PicSpot provides the QR; physical printing and signage are arranged separately.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests open the event link or QR in their browser. They follow the access requirements configured for the event and can use the shared selfie-search destination to find matching photographs.

Can we control access and downloads?

Review the event’s gallery permissions before sharing. Available options include access requirements and download settings. Enable guest tools only where they suit the event and are available under your plan.

Which plan should we choose?

Choose a plan around the storage and validity your event needs. Review feature availability and account limits on the Pricing page. For a larger or unusual workflow, talk to our team before making a commitment.
